Production Operative - 3-Shift Pattern Location: Exeter Pay: 15.51 per hour Up to 2,600/month Temp to Perm Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in engineered metal products for the aerospace, defence, and transportation sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team in Exeter. The Role As a Production Operative, you will be working in one of the following departments: Alloy. Monoshell. Cleaning / Pre-Finishing. You will be involved in essential processes such as: Handling and pouring molten alloy. Operating high-pressure washing equipment. Loading furnaces and managing casting components. Following strict quality control procedures. All roles are physically active and carried out in a hot, industrial environment - full PPE is provided. Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday) Morning: 6am - 2pm Afternoon: 2pm - 10pm Night: 10pm - 6am Regular overtime is available - especially on night shifts. Pay and Benefits 15.51 per hour starting rate (paid breaks included). Monthly earnings up to 2,600 (gross). Temporary to permanent opportunities after qualifying period.
