Appliance Installation: Supporting with the replacement of ovens, hobs, kitchen extractors, and toilets across 23 flats. Garden & Outdoor Areas: Performing light gardening duties to keep outdoor spaces clean and presentable. Refurbishment Works: Assisting with balcony refurbishments and other light refurb works as required. Blockages: Helping with shower and drainage blockages as necessary. Candidate Requirements: We are looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, and confident in a varied maintenance role.
