What you'll need to succeed Part-qualified or finalist accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Strong technical accounting foundation with hands-on experience of month-end close. Comfortable owning management accounts in a fast-paced, transactional environment. Confident working with accruals, prepayments, journals, and reconciliations. Detail-driven, proactive, and able to work to tight deadlines. Strong Excel skills and experience working with finance systems, Microsoft NAV would be a plus. A collaborative communicator who can work effectively with non-finance stakeholders. Available for an interim assignment and open to a permanent job if the opportunity arises.
