The role offers real variety, creative ownership, and the opportunity to contribute to both retailer-exclusive and licensed ranges in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Designing packaging, product graphics, branding, and display concepts • Creating mood boards and trend-led concepts for new ranges • Presenting ideas and concepts internally at senior level • Collaborating with suppliers, factories, and internal teams • Conducting market and competitor research • Supporting licensed product approvals and retailer briefs • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with commercial targets ABOUT THE CANDIDATE We re looking for someone who combines creativity with strong commercial awareness and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You will ideally have: • A degree in Design or relevant commercial design experience • Experience in packaging, product, surface, or brand design • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • A passion for gifting, homeware, packaging, and consumer trends • A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved across the wider team Experience working with licensed products or retailer-led ranges would be highly advantageous. ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is a successful and growing product-led business with a strong reputation across the home, gift, and consumer goods sectors.
