This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can effectively manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure compliance across a portfolio of properties and assets. About the Role As a PPM Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring all planned maintenance activities are completed on schedule and that statutory compliance requirements are met. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting compliance across a range of building services and systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within required timeframes.
