Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in Essex in the search for a Development Management Manager to join on a initial 6 month contract (Then rolling). You will be joining the council's planning team to support the Head of Planning and to manage a hard-working team of Principal Planners, Enforcement Officers, Land Charges Officer and Planning Technical Support staff.
