They are a growing consultancy that has a vast number of long-term projects with major brands. The role needs a seasoned Data Platform architect who is able to demonstrateheavy "Hands-On" Execution. This is not a role for an enterprise or solution architect who only creates diagrams, documents strategies, or focuses solely on leadership/stakeholder management. The ideal person will have worked in either consultancy with enterprise clients or have worked in Consumer (eg/ Retail, Hospitality) The architecture design is already done; the team is currently putting things together, deploying code, and promoting to environments. While the role might transition back to a traditional architect profile in the future, the immediate need is of a builder. Core Technical Skills Cloud Platform: Deep knowledge of AWS . Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Must know how to provision infrastructure using code, preferably Terraform (CloudFormation is acceptable as an alternative).
