This role is primarily based on-site at a secondary school in St Albans, serving as the senior escalation point alongside the onsite technician. You will manage the school's network, resolve technical issues, and ensure IT systems support teaching, learning, and administration. While mainly site-based, you will also be part of a wider Technology in Schools team providing hands-on support to other schools in Hertfordshire as needed.
