Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance service offerings. Experience: NVQ, City & Guilds, Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Service and Maintenance, or equivalent, or time served Experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicle body and chassis on RCVs or similar vehicles Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar technical role. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
