Location : Swansea Contract : Full-time, permanent Working pattern : Office based (5 days per week) Salary : Attractive, £35k to £45k commensurate with experience About the role We're looking for a senior, hands-on Admin Lead to join our leadership team and support the smooth running of our business. This role combines ownership of the Admin Department, including admin and sales administration with being a trusted Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director. You'll sit on the Leadership Team and take responsibility for how the business is supported day to day - from admin and sales administration, to documentation, compliance, and ways of working.
