About the role You will work alongside the financial resilience project to deliver a programme of involvement activities both for Birmingham Hub and the wider organisation, making sure that the views and experiences of individuals with lived experience shapes and informs all of Shelter s work. People can take part in a variety of way such as involvement groups, taking part in events within local communities, co-designing services and campaigns and speaking out about the housing emergency by sharing their stories.
