Key Responsibilities Proactively manage and grow revenue across an existing customer base. Identify, pursue and win new business opportunities. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently. Prepare quotations and follow up effectively to maximise conversion rates. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system. Attend relevant industry events, including exhibitions. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities. Skills & Experience Proven experience in sales and account management. A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Highly organised, with excellent time management abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A full UK driving licence. Experience using Sage Accounting software. Experience within B2B industrial, engineering or material handling sectors.
