Senior Quantity Surveyor Sheffield Take charge of commercial delivery across high-value construction projects, acting as both Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. You'll lead from concept design through to completion, ensuring cost efficiency, contractual integrity, and client satisfaction. They work numerous construction schemes: Residential, Commercial, Heritage, Retail, Leisure, Education, Industrial, Public Sector Responsibilities Cost & Commercial Management: Develop cost plans, manage budgets, forecast cash flow, and produce tax depreciation schedules. Procurement & Tendering: Lead contractor evaluations, prepare tenders, and oversee contract preparation and negotiation. Contract Administration: Handle interim valuations, variations, claims, and final account settlements. Project Oversight: Conduct site inspections, manage change control, and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards. Client & Team Interface: Collaborate with clients, mentor junior staff, and support internal marketing and close-out processes.
