Join our Communities Team at L&Q: We are looking for two engaging, personable, and resilient new Communities Coordinators to join our busy site-based team on two remedial works projects in Winsford and Delamere. The role will work with our Communities Manager on site to manage communications with residents to resolve complex and multifaceted issues on the developments. The role sits in our Property and Investment division and works with the wider Communities team that support remedial and regeneration projects in London and the Northwest of England. Your impact in the role: Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the central point of contact between residents and stakeholders and the project team, answering individual enquiries, managing the email inboxes, booking appointments, responding to resident complaints and MP enquiries, and attending site-based meetings. Pre-Committee Proposal Scrutiny Formal review of all project proposals before submission to the projects subcommittee to improve quality by ensuring: o Proposals are internally consistent; o Proposed solutions credibly meet the identified needs; o The response is proportionate and broadly consistent with other Barnabas Aid projects of a similar nature; o Beneficiary selection is conducted appropriately and can be justified; o The proposal is strategically aligned, represents good value-for-money and meets all of Barnabas Aid s project policies; o Relevant harms have been considered and mitigated; o A proportionate M&E approach is in place; o Prudent but pragmatic financial arrangements (e.g. split into tranches, use of intermediaries) are adopted and justified. Supporting the Learning and Development Coordinator with sourcing and delivering of training across the business. Working with the wider HR team in updating and maintaining the HR database, producing reports, analysing data and trends with feedback to management. Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and kept up to date in line with employment legislation changes.
