Our client is seeking an exceptional Commercial Manager with a Quantity Surveying background and extensive experience within the National Highways environment to take a leading role in the procurement of the next generation of Maintenance and Response Contracts (M&R2). This is a pivotal strategic role, positioned at the forefront of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure procurement programmes. What will you be doing? As Commercial Manager, you will be the commercial lead throughout the procurement stage, responsible for shaping commercial strategy, leading supply chain engagement, and managing all contractual and commercial elements of the bid and procurement process.
