The role requires clear communication to ensure the handover to the Principal Contractor is as effective and smooth as possible. The Person The successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will have at least 4 years' experience in a CDM Principal Designer capacity. You will have a proven track record in business development or be able to bring an existing client base or pipeline of work. You will hold full membership with APS and/or IOSH (Tech IOSH or IMaPS).
