Based at our Stratford Campus, the role will also require regular travel to other College campuses and centres to provide operational support where required. This role is offered on a full-time basis, 36 hours per week over 5 days. Key responsibilities. Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths, or equivalent Previous experience within a customer service, reception or administrative environment Experience managing enquiries across multiple communication channels Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work professionally, proactively and as part of a team Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to quickly learn new systems and communicate information clearly Commitment to delivering high standards of customer care and service Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education All employment offers are subject employment checks.
