Description This role requires hands-on technical expertise and leadership in managing Microsoft environments, network infrastructure, and end-user support. You will be part of a global IT team of 14 colleagues across multiple offices and report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). As the local lead, you will collaborate closely with the IT Coordinator and IT Assistant in London and coordinate initiatives with IT Managers in our other locations.
