The HSEQ manager provides a key function within the operations management team, working alongside the factory manager to develop, implement, and monitor policies to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment, while maintaining ISO 9001 certification and working towards ISO 14001 and 45001 certification. They will achieve this by through their team of functional specialists (leading, managing and developing those individuals) and external contractor agencies (managing those agencies, finding additional resources as necessary and on-boarding them), as well as through their professional influence on their colleagues and others within the business.
