Void Supervisor Location: Epping Forset Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time An opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join our team as a Void Supervisor in Epping Forest You will be responsible for the management and delivery of the end-to-end voids process within the region. The successful candidate will ensure void properties are processed efficiently and in accordance with relevant standards and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership for managing the voids process from end to end, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with organisational targets. Lead regular performance review meetings with internal and external stakeholders, identifying delays and implementing corrective measures where necessary. Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements, escalating non-compliance appropriately. Prepare accurate and insightful monthly performance reports to inform decision-making at a regional and organisational level. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with NHF Schedule of Rates and experience reviewing or challenging works specifications. Experience in producing written reports to a high standard, suitable for a range of audiences. Desirable: Part-qualified in a relevant professional discipline (e.g. property, construction, housing management) or equivalent experience.
