We are looking for three highly skilled and reliable Groundworkers for an immediate start on a large-scale industrial concrete plant project based in Wellingborough. This is a fast-paced environment requiring operatives who can hit the ground running and work as a tight unit. The Role: You will be covering all aspects of groundworks, with a heavy focus on the robust civil engineering required for an industrial concrete facility. Your day-to-day duties will include: Deep drainage, pipe laying, and installing service ducts. Setting up for heavy civil works, including shuttering, formwork, and reinforcement (rebar) tying. Preparing foundations, slab preparation, and assisting with large-scale concrete pours and finishing. Kerb laying, edgings, flagging, and finishing trades. Working safely alongside heavy plant machinery (excavators, dumpers) in a busy industrial zone. Requirements: Valid CSCS Card (Essential - Blue Skilled Worker preferred). We are currently seeking an experienced General Foreman with a strong background in large-diameter pipeline installation to support ongoing site operations near Loughborough. The Role As General Foreman, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, with a key focus on ductile iron pipeline installation (up to 1400mm diameter). You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards.
