Key Responsibilities Prepare fresh pizza dough from scratch using traditional methods. Manage dough fermentation, proving, portioning, and storage processes. Operate and maintain a traditional wood-fired pizza oven safely and effectively. Prepare and organise mise en place ahead of service periods and events. Produce high-quality artisan pizzas consistently during busy wedding and function service. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation. Maintain excellent food hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Ensure the pizza van remains clean, organised, and presentation ready.
