You will be responsible for ensuring the building is operated safely, efficiently and in full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. The role involves full ownership of facilities and maintenance activity across the site, working closely with onsite teams to deliver a high-quality resident experience while supporting the long-term performance and integrity of the asset.
