Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children. Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents. Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children. Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment. Required Qualifications: Ideal Candidate: Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
