Project QS required ASAP for Principal Contractor / Subcontractor in London I have an urgent requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor for one of my clients who operate both as Principal Contrator as well as a Subcontractor, primarily within Fire Protection. They have a portfolio of projects including on prestigious Central London historic buildings as well as outside of London / across the UK. The client has a current T/O of 9m and are looking to grow to 50m within 5 years. The role will be based between their East London office and sites in and around Central London and invove standard QS duties - procurement, variations, valuations, cost reporting, payments, final accounts and claims etc. This position is available on a freelance / temp-to-perm / perm basis.
