Our Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications, skills and experience. A recognised Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or higher). Industry experience within the electrical sector, with current knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one. Assessors and/or IQA qualification (desirable). Experience delivering Electrical Installation level 3 qualifications Strong knowledge of the current apprenticeship standard and EPA requirements. Experience of managing learner progress, attendance and achievement. Knowledge of health and safety practices within the electrical industry. Good organisational and IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms. Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education All employment offers are subject employment checks.
