This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, expanding business with a strong reputation for quality and service. Responsibilities 1. Paint Experienced in prep, paint, and polish. Skilled in colour matching, blending, and UV application. Work in a quick, efficient, and organised manner to meet deadlines. 2. Panel Capable of carrying out medium-sized panel repairs using modern techniques. Skilled in filler work and utilising a miracle pull system. No welded panel replacement required. 3. MET Ability to strip and fit own work when required. Provide support during busy periods and holiday cover within the workshop. Experience Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician in an Accident Repair Centre or dealership environment. Strong technical knowledge across paint, panel, and MET. High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible, reliable, and well-organised with excellent time management.
