Key duties include: Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email. Identifying and sourcing parts using electronic parts catalogues. Processing sales orders and invoices. Managing goods in and goods out. Organising returns and liaising with suppliers and couriers. Assisting with stock control and stock-taking activities. Pre-picking parts for workshop requirements. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised parts department. Candidate Requirements Previous Parts Advisor experience preferred. Automotive or agricultural machinery knowledge essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Experience using dealer management systems advantageous but not essential.
