You will have: Degree-level education (or equivalent experience), alongside a commitment to ongoing professional development Demonstrable experience supporting digital technologies within an educational setting, including online and blended learning environments Hands-on experience with learning technologies, digital assessment tools, and delivering training or workshops A strong understanding of learning design principles and educational technologies The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences Strong organisational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills Desirable experience includes relevant professional qualifications (such as CMALT), knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles, and experience contributing to large-scale or cross-functional projects.
