Manufacturing Operator - Night Shift Location: Perth (On-site) Pay Rate: 17.50 per hour ( 13.46 plus 30% shift allowance) Contract: Full-time, 9-month fixed term (potential for extensions) Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 20:30pm - 07:00am Start Date: Immediate We're Hiring We are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operators on behalf of a well-established and fast-paced production environment based in Perth. What You'll Be Doing Operating machinery and supporting production line activities Following clear procedures and work instructions to ensure quality output Handling, filling, sealing and labelling products Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process Completing production records accurately Preparing goods for packaging and dispatch Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on role (desirable) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely A team player with good communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic IT skills (Word/Excel) A positive, proactive and dependable approach to work What's on Offer A 4-night working week - extended weekends every week Overtime opportunities available Full training provided Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to gain experience within a regulated manufacturing setting Working Environment On-site role in a clean, organised production facility PPE provided (safety boots required) Role involves standing, manual handling, and operating equipment High standards of safety and hygiene must be followed at all times If you're ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career and want a role with strong earning potential and a structured shift pattern, we'd love to hear from you.
