Maintain up-to-date schedules and trackers of maintenance works for customer visibility and audit purposes. Perform routine inspections of environmental controls to ensure system health and data centre stability. Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders to explain technical issues in clear, accessible terms. Participate in a call-out rota to provide out-of-hours emergency cover when required. Qualifications Hands-on experience with Trend and IQ Vision BEMS platforms. Exposure to additional systems such as Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure, or ALC is advantageous (training may be provided). Background in the building controls industry with working knowledge of HVAC and mechanical plant equipment (e.g. AHUs, chillers, CRAC units).
