You'll ideally be someone who: Is naturally confident and not camera shy Has a good sense of humour Is comfortable approaching people and getting them involved Understands what makes TikTok and Instagram content entertaining Can spot content opportunities without constantly needing to be told what to film Is creative and constantly thinking of new ideas Can film and edit short-form video to a high standard Is organised enough to maintain a consistent content schedule Is comfortable working in a busy office environment Is happy travelling to sites across London, Essex and surrounding areas Can switch between funny, informal content and polished professional content when needed Understands that sometimes the best-performing content isn't perfectly polished - it's real, relatable and entertaining Experience using platforms or software such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, TikTok and Instagram would be beneficial.
