Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive PA and secretarial support to the Partner across all Family Law matters Managing case documentation, correspondence, and administrative processes Proofreading off-site dictation for accuracy prior to circulation Sending correspondence via email and ensuring documents are correctly saved to relevant cases Taking minutes during meetings Supporting HR-related duties, including staffing matters Managing staff rotas and assisting with payroll-related queries Overseeing office organisation, including responsibility for petty cash Supporting the day-to-day operations of the department Acting as a trusted point of contact and dependable support for the Partner About You Proven experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Family Law Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail Confident managing multiple tasks and competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable handling HR, administrative, and office management duties Discreet, reliable, and proactive in approach A capable all-rounder who enjoys variety and responsibility Benefits 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays An additional day of annual leave for each year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days) Birthday off following successful completion of a 6-month probation period Nest pension scheme Regular social events Ongoing training and development opportunities
