What You'll Be Doing Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing kitchen team Taking full ownership of kitchen operations, from prep to service Creating and evolving menus that excite our customers and suit a leisure environment Managing kitchen budgets, including food costs, labour, and waste control Driving consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes Planning staff rotas in line with business needs Building strong relationships with suppliers and managing stock effectively Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Working closely with front-of-house to deliver a great all-round customer experience What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume caf or casual dining environment A strong leader who can inspire, coach, and develop a team Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and kitchen KPIs Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a busy leisure setting Passion for food, quality, and customer experience Excellent organisational and communication skills What You'll Get Competitive salary Opportunity to shape menus and bring your ideas to life A supportive and energetic team environment Career development opportunities within a growing business Why Join Us?
