What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will: Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Have experience working across a variety of construction projects Demonstrate strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts Possess excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail Have strong communication and negotiation skills Be able to work independently as well as part of a team Ideally, be MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
