About The Role: We are seeking an experienced Estimator capable of pricing projects typically ranging between 50,000 and 500,000 across a varied refurbishment and framework portfolio. Workstreams include domestic refurbishments, extensions and renovations, insurance reinstatement schemes, kitchen and bathroom frameworks, aids and adaptations programmes, damp and mould remediation works and void property frameworks. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take ownership of the estimating process from initial scope interrogation through to submission and structured handover. This will involve undertaking site surveys where required (using company pool vehicles), interrogating drawings and specifications, securing aligned supplier and subcontractor quotations, and building detailed cost plans within a heavily Excel-based pricing environment.
