Required Qualifications & Certifications: Mandatory: MEWP: IPAF Static Boom (1b+) One or more of the following (for Traffic Management installation): HEA302.1 - Installing, Maintaining, and Removing TM on Rural and Urban Roads Lantra 12D Operative NRSWA Signing, Lighting & Guarding Module Essential Skills & Attributes: Previous experience working in highways or traffic management (preferred but not essential). Strong understanding of health and safety practices in construction and traffic management. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. A flexible and adaptable approach to work. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Full UK driving licence (advantageous, may be essential for some roles).
