Duties will include: You must be able to demonstrate competence within the primary trade and various multi-trade skills and experience in basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, mould washes/treatment and flooring coverings. Experience of working in a customer-focused environment and ideally within the social housing sector, where you have delivered a great service Proven ability to work methodically, achieve targets, follow agreed procedures and accurately record information. Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational and time management skills. Ability to carry out physical tasks and apply products that remove and treat damp and mould, in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines. Ability to operate safely, considering any environmental circumstances and possible risks.
