Document Everything : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation that captures design specifications and development guidelines. Lead & Inspire : Provide technical guidance to junior engineers while staying updated on the latest Salesforce features and industry trends. What You Bring: To succeed in this role, you should have: Wide experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects. Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform Engineer I and II, are highly desirable. Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce integrations, data management, and configuration best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple projects in an Agile environment. Familiarity with Git and experience in using branching strategies in your projects.
