You will collaborate across the wider finance team to deliver high-quality reporting to executive leadership and external stakeholders, while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve financial reporting. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this interim Strategic FP&A Manager role, you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) with proven experience in financial planning, management accounting, and reporting within a complex organisation.You will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, alongside the ability to develop accurate forecasts and provide clear financial insight. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders are essential.You will be a proactive and adaptable professional, capable of quickly adding value in an interim capacity. Experience within a regulated or public sector environment would be advantageous, though not essential.
