Act as the key customer contact for operational support, relationship management, and issue resolution. Produce programme performance reports and lead customer review meetings. Requirements Previous experience managing integrated supply programmes, engineering stores, MRO operations, supply chain operations, or manufacturing support functions . Proven track record of delivering cost reduction programmes and implementing Total Cost of Ownership improvements. Strong commercial awareness with experience improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement. Knowledge of engineering consumables, inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain operations. Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail. Experience within aerospace manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
