The Role You will be responsible for the commercial management of a varied portfolio of works, predominantly covering: Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments Roofing projects Window replacement programmes Internal and external refurbishment works Occasional M&E works Working within a schedule of rates environment, you will manage costs, valuations, variations, and commercial reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
