You will be proficient in project and portfolio management, assurance and monitoring in the built environment with a background in capital projects and programmes in the housing and infrastructure (e.g. funding projects with viability challenges, transport, utilities, public buildings, land assembly, site remediation, communications and green/blue infrastructure) sectors and hold a relevant professional qualification.
