About you: The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 4, HND, or Degree in a construction, development, or project management-related subject. A CSCS card and SMSTS qualification are essential, while additional certifications such as health and safety training or a First Aid certificate are also advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of the build sequence, best practices in construction project management, and current trends within the sector.
