The Person: HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Refrigeration Technology, or related discipline City & Guilds 2079 (or equivalent) and valid F-Gas certification Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC installation, servicing, commissioning, and fault diagnosis Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, controls, ductwork design and building services systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings (AutoCAD/Revit MEP desirable) Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays IT proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ideally CRM or mobile service management tools Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH) desirable Strong organisational skills, customer focus, and ability to communicate technical information clearly Package: Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 per year 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) Full Time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Overtime available when business needs require Company vehicle and uniform provided Training and development opportunities Employment Checks: Employment is subject to satisfactory Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, and reference checks.
