Overview Provide technical leadership across development teams to ensure the design and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The role combines hands-on development expertise with leadership responsibilities, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while driving engineering excellence, delivery consistency, and collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
