My client is looking for two Warehouse Supervisors to oversea a small workforce in a home delivery depot for a furniture business on Fradley Park. TWO ROLES: Morning's (Apply online only) OR Afternoons (Apply online only) It is a dynamic and fast moving environment where you will lead from the front and supervise a small team of picker/packer FLT drivers. Job Purpose Supporting the Home Delivery shift manager and Home delivery Operations Manager to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient daily management of the warehouse Operations to motivate and develop the teams reporting into them and reduce errors and avoidable cost to the business. Essential qualities and behaviours we're looking for Good communicator who's able to positively engage with team members and relevant stakeholders. Excellent motivation skills; able to identify and address staff issues and concerns. Must be able to lead by example and champion the values of the Company. Must have good attention to detail and a passion to reduce errors and improve efficiency. Travel will be essential to multiple depots to assist with training as and when needed Qualifications, skills and experience Essential Desirable Strong leadership skills Proven supervisory experience FLT experience Minimum 2 years warehouse experience H&S awareness Previous final mile/Home Delivery experience good IT skills; Excel, Word etc Full driving licence less than 3points Salary 27,700 pa with good career advancement opportunities

Warehouse Picker (Late Shift)

Warehouse Picker (Late Shift) Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Depot: LWC Leyland Main Duties Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the purpose of the picker packer will be to complete tasks which assist the day to day running of the delivery operations for the following day, ensuring all customers orders are picked correctly, stacked correctly and wrapped in a professional manner picking from 1500 different products ranging from kegs to packaged beers to wines and spirits. Manual handling is one of the main elements of this role. Key Skills • Adhering to good practice within the warehouse; • Responsible for correctly picking orders and placing in the correct areas for deliveries; • Reporting stock issues to supervisory or stock control team; • Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times; • Wear the correct equipment for your job when on site, for example, safety boots, gloves, the correct high visibility vest; • Assist with ensuring that housekeeping standards are maintained at all times; • Ensure that all new stock delivered must be put away ASAP; all stock must be put away in the correct bin-bay location and match the delivery note received; • Assist with stock audits on a weekly basis; • Assist in the monthly stock takes at weekends if and when required; • Flexible approach to working; • Assisting drivers as mate as an when required. Knowledge and Experience: • Being able to prioritise workloads; • Good team work skill; • Good communication skills; • Good product knowledge; • Flexi FLT licence is an advantage. Additional Information: Monday-Friday, 10am - 7pm LWC Drinks Ltd provides licensed establishments with all their bar and sundry supplies.
