Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, and configuration Ongoing data hygiene: deduplication, clean-up of dormant/orphaned records, and maintaining data quality standards Management of picklists, record types, validation rules, and page layouts Supporting controlled changes and releases (e.g. sandbox to production) Maintaining a robust data quality framework across key CRM objects Assisting with reconciliation activities between CRM and finance systems Building and maintaining reports and dashboards (pipeline, bookings, revenue, renewals) Providing first-line user support, onboarding guidance, and basic documentation Requirements: Proven experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM system within a commercial environment Strong focus on data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy Confident working with Excel and data cleansing tasks Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset Understanding of B2B revenue processes (desirable) Salesforce Admin certification (ADM 201) advantageous This is a full time, temporary role and for the right candidate, it could develop in to a permanent position.
