Lead, coach, support and develop General Managers / Museum Managers, ensuring consistent operational standards and effective delivery of site objectives. Provide strategic leadership for commercial trading activities, working in partnership with the Head of Commercial to deliver growth across retail, catering, licensing, filming, corporate hire and commercial partnerships. Identify and support development of new commercial partnerships and trading opportunities aligned to organisational strategy . Drive growth in secondary spend and commercial profitability aligned to the Museum's financial strategy and organisational objectives. Coordinate operational planning and collaboration across sites to support innovation, adaptability , operational sustainability and continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with the Head of Audience and Revenue Marketing and the Associate Executive Director: Content and Engagement to align operational delivery with audience growth, programming and visitor expectations. Contribute to the development and delivery of the Museum's strategic, financial and operational plans.
