About You Previous experience within a hygiene leadership or supervisory role, ideally within food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of hygiene procedures, food safety standards, COSHH, and health & safety legislation. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Confident leading, motivating, and supporting a team. Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
